Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent badge revocation and removal from our directory.

  • Complaints must be about contractors listed in our Preferred Contractor Directory
  • Provide as much documentation as possible (photos, contracts, text messages, invoices)
  • We are not a legal arbitration service — for legal disputes, consult an attorney
  • False or malicious complaints may result in the complainant being banned
  • All complaints are kept confidential during the investigation process
