- Complaints must be about contractors listed in our Preferred Contractor Directory
- Provide as much documentation as possible (photos, contracts, text messages, invoices)
- We are not a legal arbitration service — for legal disputes, consult an attorney
- False or malicious complaints may result in the complainant being banned
- All complaints are kept confidential during the investigation process
